KMDZ - SAM 96.7
Classic Rock Z96 (KMDZ), which used the Westwood One Adult Rock 'n' Roll satellite feed, switched to Variety Hits on the morning of November 2, 2005 as SAM 96.7, staying with Westwood One and using the company's SAM (Simply About Music) satellite-fed Variety Hits format.
This marked the first station in the genre owned by the Sangre De Cristo Broadcasting Company.
