KZTQ - Bob 97.3 FM
Rhythmic CHR KWNZ moved from 97.3 to 93.7 in March 2004. That made room for Variety Hits on KZTQ, which debuted as simply "The New 97.3" soon after the move took place. The station debuted with live jocks, which it still utilizes today.
On October 5, 2005, the station rebranded itself as Bob 97.3 FM, noting that it had been on-air for more than a year and a half and that the "new" title had worn out. I wish someone would tell that to Cox Broadcasting in Tampa...
