KKCH - 92.7 Jack FM
NRC Broadcasting followed up on the launch of Jack FM in Colorado Springs (on a station aimed at rimshotting the Denver market) in April 2004 by purchasing KKCH from Newspaper Radio Corp. in June 2004 and changing its format from Hot AC as 92.7 The Choice to Variety Hits as 92.7 Jack FM on October 21, 2004.
Thanks to KKCH having a monster Class C signal with a 73 mile coverage radius, the station provides city-grade coverage to both Aspen and Vail, along with a bunch of small towns to the west leading up to (but not into) Grand Junction, CO.
Along with the big stick on 92.7, the station has translators on 92.3, 100.1 and 107.5 FM within the market(s).
