Indianapolis, Indiana

WJJK - 104.5 Jack FM
(Shifted to Classic Hits on September 21, 2006)

Susquehanna Broadcasting pulled a major shocker in the Indianapolis market, flipping Oldies "Gold 104.5" (WGLD) to "104.5 Jack FM" at 6 PM on March 13, 2005. This came as a surprise in the market, as many people had thought if Susquehanna was going to flip an Indianapolis station to Jack, it would be Contemporary Christian 93.9 The Song (WISG), but instead it was Gold 104.5 that became Jack FM. The station changed call letters to WJJK on March 25, 2005.

Cumulus Media purchased the station as part of its takeover of Susquehanna in May 2006.

On September 21, 2006, the station shifted from Variety Hits to Classic Hits, dropping the "Playing What We Want" positioning statement while still keeping the Jack FM name.

On December 25, 2007, Cumulus dropped the Jack FM name and imaging from the station, relaunching it as simply "104.5 WJJK."
