KBBD - 103.9 Bob FM

In one of a series of moves to the Variety Hits format it made in the last quarter of 2004, Citadel Communications changed Rhythmic CHR-formatted Wild 103.9 (KYWL) to 103.9 Bob FM on December 21, 2004.

The call letters became KBDB-FM on December 31, 2004, presumably with the permission of Flinn Broadcasting, which owns 1400 KBDB in Sparks, NV. The new calls didn't stay long, though, as the station changed to KBBD on January 12, 2005.

On June 29, 2007, news came out that Citadel is selling the station, along with its entire Spokane cluster, to Mapleton Communications.
